-Julius Shulman
If you want to get more out of life, you must lose your inclination for monotonous security and adopt a helter-skelter style of life that will at first appear to you to be crazy. But once you become accustomed to such a life you will see its full meaning and its incredible beauty.

I like this quote that I recently came across:
"The camera is the least important element in photography.”

All the Fun of the Fair.....
A fun fair was the theme of a wedding we recently attended. Strong-men and merry-go-rounds, hog-roast and cup-cakes certainly made it a memorable day for all involved. Congratulations to Joe and Carol; wishing you all the happiness in the world for your life together.

More Music....
A fantastic day out at the Ipswich Music day today. Some fabulous bands to watch and listen to whilst sitting in the sun. No photos, but you can click on the link above to find out who was there.
Ten envelopes left Anita and I'm looking forward to them all.

Anyone for Polo?
Trinity Park in Ipswich was host to some International Polo this weekend and having never seen polo first-hand we decided to have a family trip to the event.
As well as the Team GB v Australia, there was also junior teams competing and other senior events. I had never realised that the field of play was so large and if you stood behind one goal it was difficult to see the play at the far end.

As well as the polo competition there was also a competition for the best dressed spectator and it appeared that many people had dusted-off their tweed jackets, salmon jeans and any other clothing they could find not normally worn on the high street or in daylight. I'm ashamed to say I didn't get any pictures of those spectacles, however, I did get plenty of the action on the field.............

Animal Rescue
We found this large beetle tangled up in some garden netting this morning. After carefully cutting it free, I couldn't resist taking a few photographs before setting it free to continue on it's way.
