I recently attended the last of my Personal Trainer courses and this time it was “suspension” training.......also sometimes known as TRX.  It’s definitely a good work out and will add variety to any exercise program, quickly bringing results.  However........... if you are buying a ‘TRX’ set it will set you back more than the cost of my course, so its worth considering the alternatively branded systems out there.  Some of you will not have a clue of what I am talking about, so here is a link to a short video that will give you a better idea..........and probably put you off having a go!!!
